Ibrar Khan has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and has worked closely with a wide variety of clients helping them to achieve their business and financial goals. Ibrar concentrates in corporate and individual tax planning, corporate reorganizations, estate and will planning and tax-efficient purchases and sales of businesses. In recognition of Ibrar’s special skills in tax matters, he has been retained by other professional practitioners to help their clients to resolve complex tax issues and to successfully negotiate with various tax authorities. He has also assisted clients from Asia and the Middle East to invest in Canadian business and real estate. He holds a Master of Commerce Degree and is a member of CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
